You do not need a fully formed design to begin. Most custom work starts with something simple:

That is enough to start a conversation. We sit down together, talk about what it could become, and go from there.
You Are Part of the Design, Not Just the Buyer
From that first conversation, you see the design before anything is made. You weigh in on the stone, the setting, and the details, and you can change your mind along the way. That part is what makes custom work worth it, and starting now gives you the time to enjoy it.
Because all of our custom work happens onsite with master jewelers, you are working directly with the people making your piece, not waiting on a third-party shop or a long back-and-forth.

The design conversation is free, and there is no pressure to go further than that. Some people come in with a clear idea and are ready to move forward quickly. Others come in with a stone and a loose thought, and want to talk it through first. Both are a good place to start.
